We provide this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to describe and explain our information collection practices, commitment to data security, and the process to exercise certain privacy rights. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you use the Site, purchase any of the products offered on the Site (“Products”), or when you interact with any other website that links to this Privacy Policy, which collects personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, as defined by applicable privacy laws (“Personal Information”).
By accessing and using the Site containing a link to this Privacy Policy, receiving the Products, or otherwise providing us with Personal Information, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and any updates we make to it. The Company may collect Personal Information directly from you when you use the Site. For example, when you register for an account, pay for the Products, or complete your course. The Company collects the following types of Personal Information:
Identifiers, including name, telephone number, postal address, email address, date of birth, financial and bank information, driver’s license number, social security number;
Information Listed in the California Customer Records Statute, including name, postal address, telephone number, social security number, driver’s license number, employment information and history, financial and bank information;
Legally Protected Characteristics under California or Federal Law, including race, gender, marital status, military or veteran status, age;
Commercial Purchasing Information, including products or services purchased, obtained, or considered and other purchasing or consuming histories and tendencies;
Biometric Information, including photos of users;
Education Information, including employment status, professional license number, and history;
Employment Information, including social security number, driver’s license number.
Order Information, including name, shipping address, and financial information.
Sensitive Personal Information, including social security number, driver’s license number.
Special Category Information
Some of the information that we may collect as a result of providing the Products is particularly sensitive (e.g., social security number and driver’s license number). We only collect this information as provided by or consented by you.
Such sensitive information is only shared for the purpose of providing the Products you request or as consented for and will not be shared or used by us for any other purposes.
b. Personal Information Automatically Collected
The Company and third-party service providers may automatically collect information about you when you use the Site. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Site, and for our internal analytics so that we can improve our Services and Site. This information includes:
Identifiers, including IP address, cookies;
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information, including browsing history, browser and device information, hardware model, software, preferred language, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, network information, clickstreams, search history, information regarding your interaction with our Site, cookies, pixel tags, browser version, IP address, entry and exit pages, various operating system; and

i. Cookies
Like many other websites, we and our partners use cookies (a small, removable data file that is stored by the web browser on your computer that identifies your computer and browser when you visit the Site or purchase the Products) and various technologies to collect and store information, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. You can disable cookies by turning them off in your browser, however, some areas of the Site may not function properly if you do so. We use cookies to help us improve your access to the Site and identify repeat visitors to the Site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you do not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time and improving efficiency while on the Site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on the Site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on the Site.
Please be aware that some of our business partners may use cookies or other methods of tracking and targeting use on the Site. However, we do not have access to nor control over these cookies and this Privacy Policy does not extend to such third parties or third-party cookies.

We use Google Analytics on the Site to help us analyze the traffic on the Site. iii. Do-Not-Track
Many web browsers include a Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that signals your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing the DNT signals. As such, the Company does not monitor or respond to DNT browser requests. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, then we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
c. Personal Information from Third Parties
In addition to collecting some Personal Information directly from you, we may collect Personal Information from third parties including our Affiliates and Subsidiaries, data providers, and regulatory agencies where permitted and required by law. You agree that the third-party providers of data, not the Company, are responsible for maintaining your information with proper and sufficient accuracy and authority in accordance with all governing laws and regulations. We make no effort to verify any information for any purpose, including accuracy, legality, or non-infringement that we properly receive from third parties.
We may also receive information about you from social media platforms, such as when you interact with us on those platforms or access our social media content. Please note that the information we may receive from those third-party sites (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube) is governed by the privacy settings, policies and/or procedures of the applicable platform, and we strongly encourage you to review them before submitting any information using a social media platform.
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
The Company processes Personal Information to do the following:
Provide the Site, Products, and information that you request from us;
Enhance, develop, and improve the Site and the Products;
Notify you about any changes to the Site or any of the Products;
Provide you with information regarding your transactions with us, usage of the Products, or transactions with third parties on your behalf;
Provide a more personalized experience and recognize you when you return to the Site;
Perform services on our behalf by our Affiliates or other unaffiliated companies, such as managing hosting services or processing services to facilitate our business and the provision of services to you;

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose the Personal Information collected from the purchase of Products or on the Site, to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, unless otherwise stated below or with your consent:
Parent Companies, Subsidiaries, & Affiliates. We may disclose Personal Information about you to our Parent Companies, Subsidiaries, and Affiliates;
Regulatory Agencies and Insurance Industry Associates. We may disclose Personal Information about you to regulatory agencies to comply with state regulatory requirements, such as state licensure rules and state taxation requirements. We may also disclose to insurance industry associates, such as the National Insurance Producer Registry Gateway, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), and other similar entities, to enable you to do business for them, obtain information from, or make certifications or other filings on your behalf.
Business Partners. We may share your Personal Information with our business partners to provide you with a product or service you have requested. We may also share your Personal Information to business partners with whom we jointly offer the Products.
Service Providers & Contractors. We may share your Personal Information with contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, including but not limited to internal and business operations, security, proctoring, and payment processing, and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them;
Advertising Partners. We may share your Personal Information with third party advertising partners, such as Google Display Advertising and Remarketing services. These advertising partners may use first- and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to the Site. You can opt out of these services using the Ads Preferences Manager or you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other services) for purposes of delivering personalized advertisements to you when you visit digital properties within their networks, commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising.”
Real Estate Firms. We may disclose your Personal Information to real estate firms as a part of your participation in the Agent Start program.
Referrals. We may disclose your Personal Information to your referral source, the referring third party that led you to the Site.
In The Event of Merger, Sale, Divestitures, or Change of Control. We may transfer or assign Personal Information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about the Site users is among the assets transferred.
Other Disclosures. The Site may link to third-party websites, online services, products, mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us—and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy or practices of other websites or third parties, including those using the Company or our Affiliates and Subsidiaries branding. We do not make any guarantee regarding those third-party websites, services, or applications, and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such sites. 6. SURVEYS & CONTESTS
From time-to-time the Site may request information via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore whether or not to disclose information sought by such surveys or contests. These surveys are in addition to and separate from any course completion surveys, which are mandatory. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the Site. We may contact you regarding the surveys and contests to notify the winners and award prizes. You should carefully review the official rules of any survey or contest in which you participate, including any option to opt-out of receiving special offers and marketing material by unchecking the appropriate box when registering. If we have sent you a promotional email and you wish to stop receiving certain emails, please click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. This opt out does not apply to information provided to us as a result of a product purchase, surveys or contests, product service experience or other transactions.
c. Advertising
Advertisements appearing on the Site may be delivered by advertising partners, who may set cookies. 9. MINORS
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information on individuals under the age of 18. You are required to verify that you are 18 years of age or older when you register. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent prior to providing any information to or on the Site or through any of its features, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Site, or provide any Personal Information about yourself to the Company. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected or received Personal Information from a person under the age of 18, other than where such Personal Information has been provided with parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY
The Company utilizes a number of security technologies, policies and procedures that are designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We have implemented security technologies on the network, server, and application levels and use secure (“SSL”) connections and encryption policies designed to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your Personal Information during transmission. e. California Consumer Privacy Rights

Right of Access: You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you the following information about you, limited to the preceding twelve (12) months:

Right to Opt-In: We have actual knowledge that we collect, share, or sell the Personal Information of minors under the age of 18 with parental or guardian consent.

15. CONSUMER REQUESTS AND VERIFICATION
a. Right to Non-Discrimination
We may not discriminate against you because you exercise any of your rights under CCPA, including, but not limited to:
Denying goods or services to you;
Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to you; or
Suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
b. Verifying Requests
You may request to exercise your rights of access, deletion, or correction under CCPA by contacting us as described in the Contact Us section below. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before processing your request. If you request access to or deletion of your Personal Information, we may require you to provide any of the following information: name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, or postal address. When you make such a request, you can expect the following:
As required under applicable law, we will verify your identity. You will need to provide us with your email address and full name. We may ask for additional information if needed.
We will confirm that you want your information accessed, corrected, and/or deleted.

We will respond to your request within 45 days upon receipt of your request. If necessary, we may need an additional period of time, up to another 45 days, but we will reply either way within the first 45-day period and, if we need an extension, we will explain why.

The authorized agent to provide proof that you provided signed permission to the authorized agent to submit the request;
You to verify your identity directly with us; or
You to directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

You may access and update your Personal Information by logging into your account, select “My Profile” and make the necessary updates. You may also contact us as specified in the Contact Us section below. Any revisions you provide to your Personal Information will be applied in our records but may not be updated in the records of the third parties to which we have provided your data at your request. If you would like to review and correct the Personal Information that has been provided to third parties, you will need to contact them directly.
